The standout moment occurs at the end, as he declines VIP game tickets, remarking, “Nah. This is time-sensitive.” The scene then focuses on a recording studio door, displaying a note that says: “Do not disturb ‘til 06-06-25. CARTER VI.”
This announcement arrives amid questions regarding Wayne’s nonappearance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, where Kendrick Lamar will perform. In a conversation with Rolling Stone, Wayne shared, “While the world recognized my disappointment, what they didn’t realize was how it fueled my determination to create something much larger.”
