Recently, DJ Khaled announced the title of his upcoming 14th album, Aalam of God, on social media. In an action-filled short film with Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Ramos, Khaled expressed his excitement, sharing that the album will include two new collaborations with Drake.
In his short film and social media posts, Khaled frequently mentions reuniting with the Canadian rap star. However, potential miscommunication seems to have occurred, as Drake playfully poked fun at Khaled. In a now-deleted Instagram comment, Drake jokingly noted, “Must be @drakebell.” Initially, only the Instagram post was deleted, but now both the post and comment on X (formerly Twitter) are also gone.
Meanwhile, Drake is currently performing in Australia and New Zealand as part of his Anita Max Win Tour. On opening night, he stepped onto the stage wearing a black hoodie adorned with bullet holes, smoke trailing behind him. Declaring, “Drizzy Drake is very much still alive,” this dramatic visual seems to reference the hits he’s faced, particularly following Kendrick Lamar’s diss track. Additionally, Drake recently announced a joint album with PARTYNEXTDOOR.
As of now, DJ Khaled and Drake have not shared any further comments about the upcoming release of Aalam of God. Fans are eagerly awaiting more information.
