Kith and BMW are back together for Chapter IV, and this time some of the German marque’s most recognizable colours are making their way out of the garage and into your wardrobe. The fourth instalment of their ongoing partnership brings together apparel, accessories, lifestyle pieces and bespoke automobiles, all tied together by a colour palette that has grown with each Kith for BMW collaboration.

That palette is where things get particularly interesting. There’s Cinnabar Red, famously associated with the E30 M3, Kith-developed Vitality Green, the elusive Techno Violet, and now Inka Orange, which takes centre stage for Chapter IV. Rather than simply putting BMW badges across another clothing collection, Kith has used these colours to connect all four chapters of the partnership and turn BMW’s automotive history into something you can actually wear.

The clothing goes well beyond a few graphic tees, with outerwear forming one of the strongest parts of the collection. The collection includes a multi-panelled leather jacket created with AVIREX, Braun and Dewitt leather moto jackets, souvenir and track jackets, while familiar Kith pieces including the Nelson Quarter Zip, Braxton Track Zip and Nelson Hoodie have all been given the BMW treatment. Graphic tees reference classic BMW motifs and cars from the marque’s history, with knitwear, shirting and coordinating track pants rounding things out.

And that’s probably where Kith for BMW works better than your typical car-brand clothing collection. A lot of these pieces can be worn without making you look like you’ve just cleared out the merchandise section of a BMW dealership. The automotive references are obvious enough for enthusiasts to recognize, but much of it still feels like Kith first, with BMW showing up in the colours, embroidery, and smaller details rather than dominating every piece.

The lifestyle side is where things start getting a little more playful. Kith has brought back its leather goods with overnight and garment duffle bags, cardholders and watch holders, alongside driving gloves, sunglasses and headwear. Then there are the proper enthusiast extras, including BMW X5 floor mats, license plate holders, car fresheners, ceramic mugs, a tapestry blanket and even a co-branded backgammon set.

One of the coolest pieces isn’t something you can wear. Kith and BMW have created a 1:18-scale die-cast 1972 BMW 3.0 CSi finished in Inka Orange, made from 169 individual parts and featuring 290 decorative elements. Even the interior gets embroidered leather seats, while custom packaging and co-branded detailing complete the look. It’s wonderfully unnecessary, which is probably exactly why BMW collectors will want one.

Inka Orange also gives this fourth chapter its own identity. While the collection revisits colours from previous Kith for BMW releases, the orange shade runs through the latest clothing, accessories and collectibles, tying them back to the classic BMWs that inspired the campaign. It means Chapter IV feels connected to everything Kith and BMW have done before without simply repeating it.

After four chapters, that’s what keeps the partnership interesting. Kith isn’t treating BMW’s history as little more than a logo licence; instead, the cars, colours and details become the starting point for clothing and objects that still feel at home in Kith’s own world.

Kith for BMW Chapter IV launched globally on August 17, 2026, through Kith stores, its website and the Kith App. Between the leather jackets, trackwear, driving accessories and that miniature Inka Orange 3.0 CSi, Chapter IV manages to sit somewhere between fashion collection and BMW enthusiast wish list — and that’s probably exactly where Kith wants it.
