Mercedes-Benz, in collaboration with JDS Development Group, has officially commenced sales for Tower 2 of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami. This marks the luxury automaker’s inaugural real estate project in the U.S. The launch coincided with the opening of an exclusive Sales Gallery, allowing potential buyers to experience the project’s upscale design and amenities, which feature the Silver Arrow Lounge—a rooftop escape inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s iconic racing legacy.
Keeping with the theme of innovation and elegance, Tower 2 will soar 67 stories high, showcasing a remarkable architectural design by SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot. The building’s staggered volumes embody the brand’s philosophy of Sensual Purity, while the residences will feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, tailored kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms—merging automotive craftsmanship with contemporary luxury living.
Located in Southside Park, the development features landscape design by Field Operations, offering residents meandering pathways, lush green areas, and sports courts. This expansive 2.5-million-square-foot complex will comprise 800 residential units, a 174-room hotel, upscale office spaces, and 130,000 square feet dedicated to exclusive amenities.
Aiming to reshape Miami’s skyline by 2027, Mercedes-Benz Places merges high-performance design with upscale urban living. Sales for Tower 2 have begun, managed by SERHANT.
